I have a 20x24 (10 foot high) garage with a 16 foot sectional door with remote Genie screw drive opener in Mohave Valley/Needles area that I need to sell... And have no clue whatsoever as to how much I should ask for it. It'll be ideal for somebody who needs a pre-made garage and that has a way of putting it on rollers and moving it to his place and set it down.

That way, he doesn't have to go through the hassle of building one, since it is already built.

Any ideas as to how much I should ask for it, is sincerely appreciated.

Here are some pictures...

Thanx a bunch in advance...

from experiance something like this if it can't be taken apart in sections will usually end up in a give away type situation. I used to move buildings for schools for a living and the hassle of bracing, loading, moving and the fact that permits for the move will most likely be needed for that size makes it not cost effective.

now if it cuold be made moveable on a trailer ie. pull the roof and truses off it, some sideing and split it into 4 walls sections and some trusses so all you have to do is re-level in on a new foundation and put the roof back on it would be worth a good amount of money.

if your just upgrading to something bigger that size building is an easy move around your property somewhere to use as a storage building

Yeah but....

Dammit Ray, I need that thing too :p
Yeah Tony, but that area looks a lot like my dirt. Maybe its right around the corner in Laguna Estates and I can drag it down the dirt roads, or put on MY trailer with MY forklift and haul it a few carefully chosen blocks......Ray

PS NO Tony, you can't put the Plymouth in it on my dirt!!!!:)hand:D

Off of Courtwright and Dike rd. Basically if you were to head west on Courtwright from Hwy 95, it dead-ends at Dike and I'm only a few hundred feet from there.

I don't know where Courtwright is, but I'm guessing north of Lipton.....
That means I'd have to traverse the 95 for a few miles south....How soon do you need it gone?....I'm quite interested and have a 20' flatbed and a forklift...Lets talk.....Ray 805 300 0012
