I am installing a new PTO and driveline on my boat.

Anybody know the torque setting for the bolts attaching the PTO to the flexplate? How about the bolts for driveline to the PTO?

I assume I should use locktite on both. Red or Blu locktite?

Pto to flexplate I use red lock tight and torque to 60 ft lbs

Driveline to pto I don't use any lock tight and the torque wrench doesn't fit so I do it by feel

It's been a while.

Sanger is good, just getting it ready for the season. Last time out I lost the u-joints in the driveline. That destroyed the driveline and forced the repair. Pain in the butt.

How are things with the root beer float?

Pretty good. I have the pump out for a freshen up at B 1 Racing. The old aluminum impellor and wear ring were pretty hammered.
