so i traded a guy my 78 nordice v-drive hull (no motor but all the rest was there) to paint my 78 hallett jet . 4 months have passed now and no paint on the boat he was storing my nordic for me and i told him when he was done i would give him the pink slip, so today i found out that he lost the shop and all the tools so he cant paint my boat and to kick it all off he has taken off with the other boat . so now im royaly FUCKED ......no v drive to sell and now i have a boat that still needs to be painted.....


can anyone help me with a paint job does anyone know who can paint a boat nothing special ...... thanks

Had my boat touched up for my errors and the previous owners.
Great guy and is a true artist. I cannt see where he touched up the boat. tough on a red boat. some of the work required touch up thru a graphic. Great job

He can't simply "embezel" your boat with out a legitimate bill of sale and title, transfer or "contract". I would go to the local PD and DA economic crime and file a complaints ASAP. If he "rolls" this way on a regular basis, you're probably not the only one he's "affected". If nothing else check with DMV (file a form) and the local PD or the Ca CHP to report the boat and trailer stolen, explain what happened. The value (over $500) will, I believe likely constitute Grand theft. If you need help sorting this out call me. Tom

the name of the shop is SAC COUNTY CUSTOMS. The guy told me his step dad owns the molds to all the southwind jet tunnels. He had the original 611 southwind boat in the shop and a couple of other drag boats. JERRY WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME ABOUT HIM TAKING THE FLAT BOTTOM AND LEAVING WITH IT? IM OFF ON TUESDAY SO YOU NEED TO CALL IN SICK AND LETS GO OVER TO HIS SHOP.
