If you bought anything from Jet Boat Plus iin Havasu it may be stolen parts... If you had anything stolen call LHCPD and file a report, your shit may still be there!

It definitely wasn't Jet Boat Performance that was busted. I would ask a moderator to either change the thread title or delete it and try again. The last thing anyone should want is to tarnish the name of a very reputable shop with a mis-quote.

i'd like to know why one guy from the pacific northwest and another from alabama is even posting or getting involved in something
thousands of miles away from them. It's all over ch10,13,34, 44, 58 and three threads and even has a ADMIN getting involved.
i'm sure we can all read, let the locals post it up and handle it, which they are doing quite well i think. just more poluted BS

Well JJ, I will be more than happy to tell you "why". I consider Tom @ Jet Boat Performance a friend who has helped me many times and I choose to watch the backs and stand up for my friends and mileage has absolutely nothing to do with that....evidently that is something you do not understand.....
But I do find it interesting to learn that a self appointed referee from Georgia has stepped in and suggests we mind our own business.....

now days you can order, make payment and get things shipped to your door most anywhere. who knows who got burned by this ass hat or where he stole the boats and parts he sold. anyone affected by this thief needs to act fast to get anything back. no harm in spreading the word when this crap happens. just my 2 cents..

Thanks for posting, that is what I was going to say. the internet does not understand distance, and the online buying/selling/shipping makes it so easy to sell parts, legally obtained or not. How better to get rid of stolen parts than to sell them as far away as possible.

My intent was to make people aware of losers and thieves like this, and also to let people know to check what they have bought recently if they dealt with this particular thief. Nothing worse than showing up at a race/show/lake, and having someone identify a part on your boat as one stolen from them...

Seems like a honest mistake to me.itd take much more than a thread title mistake to tarnish tom's and josh's reputations here; ) cant count the times he has sent me stuff without payment for days or wks passing by before i cld get a invoice from him to settle up.to busy to take my money but not so busy he cldnt get me what i needed..that kinda service and trust is rare.

No worries Brother "stuff" can happen in an instant on the net , The most important thing is not the mistake made but how one owns up to it and attempts to correct or to mitigate problems from it. Good Job and Thanks for the heads up ! The situation for Jet boat plus is very sad and unfortunate for all involved , particularly those who may have suffered any sort of loss as a result of this ordeal , It will be intereresting to see how this all "shakes out" Really discouraged to see this happening in the sport we all love ...
