I'm No Expert
Out of all things that most of us DIY guys here on the forums do I never see anybody do their own impeller detailing, nor is there any real information on it, why? My stock AT stainless impeller to my eye actually doesn't look that bad. I don't see/feel many areas that have large burs, and it seams like it would flow well. The areas i do notice that could use some work is the corners where the blades meet the center and outside of the impeller. Those have a fat spot where i could see it causing some disturbance. Another thing would be to sharpen the blades. Any major reason why you guys arn't doing this. I'm thinking about buying a kit that has a bunch of roll cartridge pieces and seeing if i can clean mine up a bit myself...
