If I have XM already will it work with current antenna? also will the steering wheel controls work with it?

You have the NBS Chevy Right? If so,
I will work with the Chevy Antenna, However you will need to install a different XM reciever box. The stock one wont work, you can buy an adapter but the new box is easier and I believe less expensive. It doesn't operate steering wheel controls, and this mfg doesnt offer a module to do so. You will also need a module to keep your factory chimes, onstar and bose operational... The new Chevy's are a PITA.
