Civil unrest in Iran as the younger population chant death to Rouhani.

Rouhani says "I'll talk to the President right now!"

Maybe a regime change again in Iran? A denuclearized Iran? Damn that Trump is really screwing up the world (note sarcasm)

Making Obama's so-called "Iran Agreement" and his $1.8B payoff "null and voided" has seriously escalated the unrest by the Iranian public. IMO, a regime change is diffidently in the cards. It is a shame that we will not see any of this on our domestic MSM.......only BBC and the like carry these stories........ Our MSM buries their heads in the Liberal sands as publishing news such as this would validate President Trumps efforts and decisions as profound and VERY EFFECTIVE. They have proven they want "No part of reporting his successes"

I used to watch CNN and MSNBC for their content. They've both made a mockery of themselves.
BBC & Al Jezeera (believe it or not) are the best sources for unbiased news for US politics. And that's not saying much.

I have to agree.....and Al Jezeera really caught me by surprise......but it is a good source. :))THumbsUp

Back to Iran...... peeps on the Left seem to view his tactics as "knee jerk" reactions w/o granting and waiting any time to see the results......as the applied sanctions will pressure and further stress their economy....Iran will over time will implode.....I believe this one will definitely work out in our favor. MAGA! ;)

The TRUTH; In 1951 the Persians elected a new leader to replace the Shah...They were frustrated with the foreign Oil companies taking all the oil and only the ruling class getting any benefit or profit from Iranian oil. The new leader, Mossadegh, after asking the foreign oil industry to allow more oil profit to flow into the country and being rebuffed, nationalized some of the oil fields to apply those oil profits to improving the economic situation in Iran.

British Oil companies demanded action against Iran's new leader as their profits were cut into....So first British and then US CIA started an operation to OVERTHROW a duly elected leader and re-install the Shah. After the CIA completed Operation Ajax, the Shah took revenge on his countrymen, and became even more oppressive......After a few decades, the people overthrew the Shah, rejected the western concepts of religious freedoms and Christianity and embraced Islam.....

Here is our foot, here is our gun....Now lets see if we can shoot one with the other.......

Who was scalped more in the old west? White people....Or Native Americans? Hmmmmmm?

You have a number of good facts. There's a lot more to that history than that however. There was so much intervention by a number of countries who helped screw the pooch on Iran. Their coziness with Nazi Germany didn't help their cause after the war.
Jimmy Carter's screw up was the final act. While the Ayatollahs were going after Reza Palhavi, Jimmy Carter was toasting the Shah with champagne and wine. Carter should have known since none of the other guests were drinking alcohol. This was enough for the theocratic parts of the country to prove the Shah as the enemy, as alcohol is looked down to by Islam. This was one of the many propaganda tools used to flip the country.
The Iranian people look to the US favorably. It's the mullahs and Ayatollahs (the ones currently in power) that hate the west. They were looking for help in changing the current regime back while Obama was in power, but he turned his back on them. Iran is on the verge of regime change right now. If pushed, and the US helps out, we'll have a renewed relationship with Iran.
