I have been looking at selling my 1974 wridet maverick however I see such a wide spread on prices of jet boats where should I start to price mine? What are some of the key factors that make a difference it is a solid lake boat not a race boat but it does run well paint and interior were re done 6 years ago but has always been garage kept. I do want to sell but don't want to short change my self. I'm not a fool and do know what I have just want a good starting point to ask from and would like some good input. Thanks

not a real desired hull IMO, $6-9k (variables .... motor pump interior wood paint gel), or you can added what you have in and divide by 2, then subtract 1500...:wink2:

Just an opinion so take it for what it's worth. Like they said, not a real desireable hull. Very few (if any) would actually go looking for a Wreidt. That's not to say nobody would buy or that it's a bad hull. If it's in decent shape and runs well and needs nothing, probably around $4000-$5000. That is if it's got a BBC or BBF. A BBO would change that number pretty drastically.

Nothing personal Muchacho, but Wreidt + Oldsmobile= $4000.00 and that price is because the rest of the boat looks pretty clean. Not saying you can't get more for it, but you'll probably have to find some glassy eyed kid who doesn't know much about boats.
