First make sure you are updated to Flash player 10, then clear you cache and cookies and try again.

Same here, it started just last week. OK on work laptop. Have to try several times on personal laptop at home.

If I knew what a cache or cookie was........I would dump it, delete it or eat it.......:D

hil:)OMG, how true!
Coincidentily, I've been having nothing but trouble with FIREFOX, to the point of gathering my (hundreds) bookmarks and switching everything over to just using Internet Explorer. The problems seemed to be worse on PB website. Jocko

Oh, say it isn't so, Firefox sucks too? Lol, I've been rambling about FF and the fact no single browser seems to be *complete*. I think Chrome is continually improving; FF is at the bottom of the list.

Don't forget to clear your FLASH COOKIES too. They will bog down your browser. Use Google to search ADOBE FLASH COOKIES. Click on the website which says Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager and you will be looking at a live screen; those are cookies on your machine. If your browser doesn't let you delete them, then reboot and go straight to the same website.

These are Flash cookies and different from html cookies.

It might or might not help and you will have to re-enter other banking and secure site passwords (only once until they set another flash cookie). If you wanna find out of somebody's been surfing porn - that's a great and easy way to do it, even if the person browses in private or deletes cookies on exit, flash cookies will still be there. In fact, scroll thru them, you'll be amazed and pissed.

I use FF simply because it is much faster than IE on most every machine I have. I have heard great things about Chrome lately though. May have to try it.

Usually if you delete your cookies this login thing has corrected itself in the past. In FF you go to Tools> Clear Recent History > then it gives you check boxes to remove the items you want with various time frames.

I'm sure its similar in IE but I haven't used it in a very long time now.
