This is to all the Marine Mechanics out there:

Have you ever been mistreated at your work place?
Do you feel that you are under paid for all the Hard Work that you do?
Have you ever felt that your rights have been violated?
Have you ever been subjected to a hostle enviroment?
Do you have full health and dental medical coverage?
Have you ever been subjected to an unsafe condition while at work?
Does your employer provide you with a clean and safe place to work?
Do you get paid sick, vacation and holidays off?
Have you ever been discriminated against?
Have you ever been told to do something that you didn't want to?
Do you get a lunch allowance?
Are your workplace bathrooms clean and sanitary?
Have you ever been talked down to by your boss?

If you have ever had an issue with any of the above questions, you should join the MMU (Marine Mechanics Union). We are very strong and our numbers are growing each and every day. We have retained to best and most expensive lawers out there and they are here for YOU! Never again will you have to say " I wish I belonged to a Union" because now you can. YOU HAVE RIGHTS! Together we will show them!

Joining is easy. For a small fee and a automatic withdrawal from each paycheck you will have the secure feeling of knowing that "WE ARE HERE FOR YOU". Never go home after a hards day work and feel that you are alone.
For more information and info on how to join our "Band of Brothers", our website will be up very soon with all the information. In the mean time you can PM me on where to send your contribution.

Remember one thing: UNIONS ARE STRONG AND CAN NOT BE BROKEN! POWER TO THE MARINE MECHANICS !! :)devil

:D- I love unions!

Disclaimer- this is not a paid advertisment and or is it associated with any other union or similar.

"Unions are strong and cannot be broken"

Well, I see you are new at this 'life' thing we all go thru. Your bold statement (above) won't hold water with the; Teamsters, Retail Clerks, Engineers and Operators, AUTOWORKERS ......... So I say, "if any of you have suffered from the above mentioned work place problems, OPEN YOUR OWN SHOP!" "Don't bother 'giving money' to union organizers and lawyers, JUST PAY YOURSELF" Out here in Havasu, shops are "dropping like flys", so "who wants to organize, raise your hands!" HA HA!

Hey,
However much he says he wants you to pay for this new union, I'll do the same for less. Just send me $30 per pay period using direct deposit, and if I feel like it, I'll come to your place and negotiate you a horrible new contract that has multiple misspellings. Then you can lose your job because of the screwed up contract that puts your employer out of business. Oh, wait, that's what you'll get from the union...

Anyway, I can do better for less. Think about that:)hand

I hope you are not the union boss cause this sounds like how you treat your crew and drivers.

I've been thinking of starting my own union.

The thought of collecting money and not doing a damn thing for it excites me :D
