Ok so i have done my research and a lot of shopping. but now i have a game plan.
I got the hull its a 19?? 9ft sea jet.
got the pump. building up a berekley J6 pump
Got the motor. The berk will only hold 70hp max. the pump is small about the same size as an old kawi 440 stand up jet ski so the motor i am using is a twin cylinder 700 from a wave runner III. it puts out about 75 hp.

ordered a stanless 20degree impeller for it today form skat trak the only company that still makes an impeller for these things.
The pump is in good hands at JBP and i cant wait to see what he can do with it.

I have the boat split in half right now to address issues with the bottom of the boat and the floor and stringers.

anyway i will be posting pics soon. i just wanted to give you guys a heads up on the project. Im thinking of calling it Project "Small Package"

I know i would get better performance out of a jet ski pump but the little berk is the coolest thing i have seen in a while.

more pics to come. I plan on getting some work done this weekend.

At first i wanted to make an E ticket ride mini jet but i think this little run about should do about 40mph (maybe) and be fun as hell

Awesome project! I have wanted to do this same thing for a while! It looks like that nozzle will accept a place diverter or jet-o-vater, that would be so fun "frog hoppin" that lil dude. Keep the pics comin!

It does look like that hull. I do not want all that technology hanging off the back of the boat though. i want a fun clean little boat that draws a crowd everywhere it goes.

I have a 1300cc motor and pump but i would have to shoehorn it into the back of the boat and there will not be a lot of room for other stuff.

i bet that little mouse is fun though.

the guy i got this hull from said it was called a "sea jet" but i cant find anything on that hull at all.

it does have a vin number and i put it on one of the other threads on here. to try to help me get some info on it.

What is the first three letters of the HIN? Sometimes they are re-issued. The owner of that HIN today may not have been the owner when the boat was built.
From his other thread it is "XJB"

..........I got the hull its a 19?? 9ft sea jet.
You can determine the year by the last two numbers of the HIN. If it is 82 or older, then this info in the "comments" portion of the MIC results will apply -->> "MIC PREVIOUSLY ASSIGNED TO C JETS MFG OOB 1/82"

The company name, "C JETS" seems to be inline with your saying it is a "Sea Jet"
