Scottie Pippen says so.

I think if Magic Johnson had not retired, MJ might not of ever won a championship.

And who knows? LBJ just might not ever win one, not if Dallas has anything to say about it.

Male Drama to keep the attention of fans.

It's a totally different game today as it is with all highly refereed sports. It's not even comparable.

Agreed.

LBJ was the only hope us Cleveland fans had. Couldn't get it done and then left like an episode of some lame reality show.
The NBA is NOT a one on one game. Natural talent? I can't say who is better.
Team leader with a winning attitude? The rings speak for themselves.

I read an editorial a few weeks ago about the tendency of LBJ to actually lower a team to reflect his somewhat immature demeanor. It seems pretty accurate.
I believe it was after the Heat won their first playoff series. The writer was not impressed with the celebration of LBJ and the team itself as if they had won it all already.
I can't remember his exact words, but you get the point.
Now, if he had had a mentor such as Jordan upon entering the league, he would probably know how to win those rings.
Maybe he will grow up and into being a winner, but skills alone don't make an NBA Champion, or define the "better" player.:)bulb
