I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm tired of spending money on services calls and parts with no repair. I recently had both fuel pumps replaced. I was told that my engine was repaired. Yesterday I was excited to go boating after waiting 2 months for repairs. I started the port engine -- good to go! Next the starboard engine, it cranked and idled for a few minutes. I thought I was ready to go. Then, the engined died. I cranked the engine again. It started, rough idle, then died. I could do this over and over again -- start then dies. Help! I've already paid $1300 on repairs. This was the initial problem with my boat two months ago when I called for a service call. I feel like I just got screwed -- 2 new fuel pumps and I have the same issue. I bet there was nothing wrong with the other fuel pumps. Anybody have any suggestions?
thanks, Jeff
