New member here.

It was out on Saint Patty's Day and

Lost the motor.

Looking for some advice on a new motor.

I have a 28 foot silhouette deck boat.

That had a mercruiser 502.

With a Bravo one outdrive.

Would like to upgrade to at least 800 horsepower?

Maybe a blower.

I know I've gotta do hydraulic steering and probably

A closed cooling system.

Any

Thoughts comments or concerns.

I live in Concord.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to thank everyone for your comments and suggestions .Yes their is a wide range of possibilities. Its just mainly about $$$ what I really want. I had about a hour long conversation yesterday afternoon with Don at High Performance Marine and he brought me back to realty of what is realistically possible .So that being said I am going to embark with him to build a good motor and whatever else it takes to get me back on the water. I'll keep everybody updated on the progress.:wink2::wink2:
