I would check the speed o line from the drive. There should be a connection somewhere on the inner transom bracket. Or your transom bolts make sure they are tight. If it’s only when moving I would have to say the speedometer tube came disconnected.

Thanks for the reply. I thought about that too but I followed the speedometer tube all the way from the outdrive pick up and thru the transom. Looks secure on both ends. I’ve got help on Monday so I’m going to take it out on the water and let my help drive while I look for the source out back. Wish me luck! I’ll update Monday.
