Just built a new pool in Havasu ... We haven't even used it yet. 3 weeks ago we saw that the area around the equipment pad was wet .... the builder said " oh ... My guys just washed down that area" . That area is still wet and the builder now is trying to blame the new sprinkler system installed last week. That area was wet "before" any sprinklers were installed. This is so frustrating after spending $60K on a new pool to have a leak that the builder blames on the landscaper. Zero cooperation from the builder. I am heading out there this weekend ... We sure would like to get some advice from fellow pool owners. BTW ... The pool company ? The most reputable one in Havasu.

Sucks when you have to hold people accountable for the work you paid them to do. Did you have any luck with resolving this problem? was it just a simple loose screw, bolt, flange etc. or something more serious, expensive? Faulty pump seals, incomplete glue'd pvc pipe joint? just curious.
