I think that represents just under 50% of the population which is what makes it difficult for any conservative candidate. How do we win against ignorance? Obama night have disappointed his base however they are still ignorant enough about the issues to vote for him again.
And I don't think they refuse to think for themselves, I don't think they know how to.

It takes time to educate yourself , it's much easier to let them think for me......not only are they thinking for me, they want to make life fair for me, why should I waste my time thinking? I got better things to do, besides, Republicans are a bunch of greedy racists that exist for the rich only. ( Just ask any news media or democrat other than Fox of course) They told me that democrats are the poor working class people who never get treated fairly. My mentor Ram said that the top 400 rich people are who represent the Republican party. I asked him for some names but he didn't know. That must mean that Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Warren Buffett and George Soros support Republicans right? I know that the stupid owners of my favorite store Walmart are Republican for sure....I hate them sooo much , that's why I shop there.
