So I Recently got the build specs on my motor. Compression is 7 to 1. 671 blower, 34 pulley top and bottom. (I do not have a boost gauge). I run race gas 110 octane. I think I'm wasting money on high-octane fuel. My question is will be okay running 91 octane?

You should be able to run 12 lbs of boost no problem on 91 octane.

I have a comparable deal but never felt that I could go down on octane enough to make enough difference in price for the added piece of mind of just running what my builder told me to. I have heard mixed opinion about blending gasolines so I always shyed away from that too. I'm not an expert but I do think you're probably right about your situation. If it were me I would buy the same gas and spin the blower a little harder and make the extra power. devil

You're way safe with 91. Like Info said, your reasonably safe up to 12 lbs even with iron heads and no intercooler. Assuming its a 454-468 you're making about 8 lbs at best.
Question is, is it REALLY 7 to 1.
