Yep. Finished at the end of Arpil and am in the best shape of my life, no joke. Shed 25lb of fat and look like a completely different person. i love it. Now when I go to the gym I take my p90x workout sheets and just do it there....much better workout I find than when I try to just wing itAnyone ever try the p90x system? I started it today. I have always been in to strength training but this thing is brutal, either that or I am old and weak!
Anyone ever go through a 90 day cycle with it and live? :|err

The first week was the hardest and I was so sore i could barely get out of bed. I just kept telling myself to suck it up and quitting was not an option. After seeing your 30 day results you will be excited to continue. Good luck!Well thats good to hear, congrats!
Its good to know people can get through it! Day one is down. Right after I finished I wanted to hit the floor, but now a half hour later I am jacked up!![]()
IS it a video you watch and follow the work outs? Do you need any equipment?

Not sure, I borrowed a friends set. I see the infomercial all the time though. I would bet you could pick up a set on the cheep off of craigs list or ebay though.Wheres the best deal?
Thats the pull up bar you need, but the program is a dvd set.
I too have completed one round of the P90X. It's awesome. Just started round two after two months off and it feels good to be back in the groove. It's tough as hell, but you feel invincible after some of those tough workouts.
They are an hour each. I think you are supposed to do 6 a week? I am sure someone will be along to correct me about how many a week if i am wrong. How long are the work outs (avg)? how many days a week?
I originally got it because our house is not close to a decent gym. I did a lot of research online about the program before I bought it and really found nothing but good things about it. In a three month period, I was amazed to see the changes I achieved compared to my results from several consistant years in the gym. To be honest, I did not follow the eating plan as I am already a clean, very healthy eater. I also was not looking to lose a bunch of weight, so the eating plan was less important to me. The changes feel significant to me. I am much more toned now than I have ever been in my entire life. I have always been athletic and active, but I have never had muscle tone like this before and I am really pleased with it. Specifically, I really like the tone that I see in my arms & shoulders as well as my legs and buttI don't want to get to personal, but what were the changes after round one? you can pm me if you don't want to throw it out there. Just curious about weight loss, muscle gain ect. Thanks , now I feel like a wus, a girl can kick my ass at p90x![]()
