My house in Parker is opening up first week of August. It is 3/2 finished in 12/08 so fairly new. Garage is empty and available to keep your boat if you rent. Its 1.1 miles to the launch ramp on riverside drive. Fully furnished & prefer long term rentals but open to offers. $1,000/mo.

As of 10/26/2009 the one right next door will be available. Same house layout, different color stucco and roof as well as granite in the kitchen.

Should be cleaned up and ready for occupancy 11/1/2009 at $1,000/mo.
