HILARIOUS!!! Some family owned Vegas pawn shop... Kid just bought a 27' Chris Craft for $16,500... the owner wanted $25,000 for it... one outdrive is shot... boat is 20+ years old... the old man is reaming him out now... no sea trial, but the guy selling it says it runs 70 mph on GPS...

I checked NADA. The boat, if it's the Commander model, was worth around $11,800. If it was the Scorpion, $6,500.

With a bad drive and engine problems, no service history and no sea trial??? That boat wasn't worth $16K if it had $15K in cash in the cabin.

The kid trying to tell dad what a great deal he got on it as it's easily a $30K boat was hilarious though!!!

They cleaned it up and did some repair work at there uncle in law's (some kind of relative) boat shop. At the end they launch it at Lake Mead and run it. It looks like it's plowing, like they don't know how to get it on plane or trim it. Anyhow, the uncle assures them it's worth 30k. It cleaned up nice, IMO it's worth about what they paid for it without the 4k worth of work.
