Listing for my Dad his Pfaff 509 Blower Motor. Motor was built new in '95 for his 21' RT and had approx. 60 hours when he sold the boat a few years ago. The engine has been at Pfaff's shop until a few months ago or so, now in my garage.
Details from the Build Sheet:
509 Cubic Inch Gen.V Bowtie Block
Crane Hydraulic Roller Cam
J&E Pistons
GM Crank with Carillo Rods
Heads are listed as Merlin Dart Square Port??
B&M 420 MegaBlower with Holley 4779 Carbs
Intercooler
Originally is was 9% underdriven and dyno'd at 750hp (6,000rpm) and 742ft/lb (3,900rpm). Max boost with this setup was 5.2psi. It's a torque monster as the dyno sheet starts at 2,900 RPM and its already making over 700ft/lb. He switched to 1:1 pulley's and had it re-jetted but never re-dyno'd.
Currently it is setup pretty ready to run - Dooley scoop, blower guard, power steering pump, water pump, etc.
Please post or PM with any questions. I'm sure arrangements can be made to see it for interested parties.
$7,500 OBO
