Please Say a Prayer for my friend!!

My friend went to the hospital on Tuesday with severe chest pains and tingling in his arms. Because of his age they dismissed it as an anxiety attack and sent him home. He returned to the hospital a few hours later because the pain was getting worse. They again dismissed it as an anxiety attack and wanted to send him home until a doctor noticed that there was never a cardiac enzyme test done. Needless to say the test came back positive. I don't now how to read them but from what I saw on the report normal is between 0.0 and 0.05; his was 71.56. He had been having a heart attack for 10 hours!!!!

He is now at another hospital (thank God) and is undergoing multiple bypass surgery in the morning!!!!!!

He's 31 and has a wife and two young kids. Please say a prayer for them.

Hell of a father's day!!!!

He is way to young of a man for he and his family to be dealing with that. My fathers had his first at age 40, his second one at 43. I sore he would never see my kids, his Grand kids. He turns 74 in Sept. I prayed alot for him, your friend can win this get better and still live a long happy life time. Never stop praying for him and his family I hope he is better soon. Here is praying for all involved family and friends and your Friend.

That's disgusting that the hospital didn't do the approprite tests! I hope your friend pulls through! Sending my best wishes!!!

Thats a rough deal Dave. I wish him the best and a speedy recovery. If it wasnt for my girlfreind at the time I have a feeling I wouldnt be here.I was having mine for about 2 hours before it got to were i knew something was wrong. My heart rate was 22 when I hit the table and they said 5 more min. and I would of had went into full cardiac arrest.

When I found out about him your case was the first thing I thought of. I told them how well you recovered. Luckily the hospital didn't pat you on the head and send you home.
By the way...did you ever give up smoking??????

X3 (including Jill) This should be a little of an incentive for you, Tim. I'm sure your brother and parents, friends, and the rest of us family don't want to be going through this with you!!!! This goes for you too Shawn!!!!!

Just an update for anyone that may be interested. His surgery has been put off a couple of days due to the fact that the other hospital had been giving him heparin and his blood is too thin. He's very sick right now; nausea, tired,pale, and vomiting. We're all hoping that he can get this fixed as soon as possible. Maybe say an extra prayer?
