I just picked up another boat with a 454 Mag MPI/Procharger set-up w/Aeromotive fuel sys. What plug should I use?
This brings up a good question, what is everyones preferred gap. I've always assumed that you would tighten up the gap with a blower.NGK GP Platinum P/N: YR5GP .040 gap

John, Alot depends on what type of ignition system you are running. With Mags you run the gap at 18-20, with electronic systems (not sure because I don't run them) I would think you would run the gap around 38-40. Just my .02

used to run r42ts @ 35, 7-al2, crank trigger, locked @32*
16lbs. of boost, w/116 oct. fuel, never a problem.
