I have been sampling some of the P90x vids just to get a feel for the program. I did the Plyometrics (jump training) video last night.

I can barely walk today. I knew I was out of shape but I didnt think I was such fat ass :|err Guess it is time to get busy.

2 more times and you'll start to enjoy it more (yeah right). Just try to make it all the way through without stopping. Keep your intensity down if you can't make it all the way through. Increase your intensity once you can finish everything.

x2

I was wrecked after the first time, but the second run through it was a lot easier. By day 90 I was jumping as high as jumpy-boy dom in the back.

Realizing how out of shape I am has just motivated me all that much more. I was just checking it out but now I think I am going to do it soon.

Did you guys modify your diet? I already eat fairly well.

My main concern is that I wont be able to stick to the schedule (6days/week) due to my schedule. Any cheating/extra days off when you did it?

I followed the p90x nutrition plan perfectly and it really helped. I wasnever hungry though and after getting used to eating right, I actually enjoy it more. The only thing I changed on the diet was I stuck to the fat burner phase for all 3 months. As far as the schedule goes, it is tought to stick to but you gotta just suck it up. I never missed a day even ifI was super busy....there were nights that I didn't even begin my workout until 10pm and just had to live with less sleep. Oh, and I only drank 2 times during the entire 90 days....and I never watched TV. When you take your 30 day pics and compare to day one, that is all the motivation you will need to continue. Good luck!
