I'm trying to remove the "throttle only" on on the side of my control. I understand there is a nut behind it to remove the shifter. I think I've narrowed a trim control down to the thumb switch by using jumper wires at the hydraulic pump, but can't seem to get the shifter arm off. Can anyone help with this..thanks casey

Ok I'm into the switch now having a problem getting the switch out of the handle. I'm going to go try some more but any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the handle off the shaft yet? If not, to do so, push in on the throttle only button and move the throttle forward. Now you can remove the push button to expose the nut holding the handle onto the shaft. Now you can get to the screw on the back side of the handle to remove the lock lever and get to the wires.
