I am thinking of building an RV garage in my back yard in Havasu. I am looking for a 20 by 40. Does anyone have info on the cost and can anyone suggest a good contractor? I am interested in getting bids.

I did my 14X57 RV as a owner builder about 5 years ago. It cost about 70k back then. It maybe cheaper now with the lack of work in Havasu.

I'm just finishing a 24' X 60', with 14' ceiling.

devil I was owner builder with my brother-in-law acting as contractor. You can PM me for info you like.

I have lots of pics, just don't know how to get them from the camera to the screen!!!

Posting pics can take sometime...but this old school pipe fitter figured it out.

As far the freinds part its just the internet. Some of my new best freinds I have meet from here.

Yeah, I'll have to sit down and bang some keys to see if I can get this picture deal figured out..

sphss I too have met some good people from the boards. I just don't want to quote prices, as the price may be different from what is offered to "family"!!!

Super Dave (Dave Collins) is building this house in Parker, they started the tear down March 14 the last pic is from two weeks ago. Super Dave lives in Havasu, if you want his number I will get it for you. The house will cost just over 100 per sq. ft. to build.

What's an average cost per sq ft for an RV garage?

It depends on how fancy you want it..... how high do you want the ceiling, do you want a bathroom? do you want a loft with an office, do want a commercial roll up door, a/c, what are your elec needs, do you want a lift in it, do you want floor drains to wash out the garage, do you want and rv dump in the floor...the list goes on and on

I Have Been Pricing Different Kinds and They All Come In Between $70 to $75 per S.F.
