Hey Gear heads,,, im looking to trade a Venom for a 1974 sanger v-drive,, it looks to be in pretty good shape,, its also got a 468 w/ 2 holly 4 barrels, also the trany, pipes, and other stuff are really cromed out ( really polished up ) trailer is also a tandom axle that also looks to be in good condition
dont really know any thing about v-drives im a outboard guy, so any help on what this would be worth and what to look for would be a big help, thanks

pictures. And lots of them. These guys will find any flaws it may be hiding. Take some shots of the stringers, the underwater gear & hull, under the bow, etc.

A venom will fly gracfully and land forgivingly off of anything.

The flatties take some talent to drive.

A venom gets looked at like a fishing boat
A flattie gets looked at with "can i go for a ride in that " eyes.

A venom is fun and sounds cool wound out.
A flatty sounds cool at any RPM

a venom is makes you smile sometimes but and gets boring.

A flatty never gets boring and always makes you smile.


I think your probably ready to have a real boat ride... :)devil
