Does anyone live near fargo, ND willing to help me with rebuilding an engine? Or does anyone know a good builder in the area?

dont know anybody , but they are fairly easy to rebuild. buy a book on them and follow the directions. I did mine a couple years ago and its run great.:shhh:

which book due you reccomend? I have rebuilt 2 350's back in the day but with guidance and directions provided by my grandpa. Now that he has passed I dont have his expert knowledge available.

when I did my 460, I bought a Haynes manual off of ebay for like 12 bucks... it covers the big block 429/460... I'm sure there is one for the bowties too

you go on amazon and look for a book on BBC. just take your time and check everything twice.
