Ah man. That is mucked up. Sorry for you Bro. It is for sure bad now but time will make it better. And I know it does not seem like it it could be worse. Hope things get turned around for you and you start feeling better. Good Luck.
I'm not going to hang myself or anything.
I live in a small town. People have scanners....volunteer fire dept....I had 48 beers before the fire dept left the first time...yes... I said the first time.
Boat was outside barn. Bad week.... I'm a survivor.
I am not crying in spilled milk. There were neighbors asking what they can do before fire dept.....nothing....just wait...nothing to do.
Sorry to hear that for ya Wags. Hate it for ya. Hope you can save some stuff.
That does it, I'm looking into a fire suppression system for my shop. I've installed a fire sprinkler system in commercial buildings, might as well put one in for myself. One of my greatest fears- coming home to a burned down garage. And with the oils, fuels, solvents, heaters, vehicles, batteries & chargers, ect that we store. Theres a good chance that something like this could happen one day. And I know that my insurance will pay for a lot of stuff but uninsured drag boats & drag cars, motorcycles, things like that wont be covered.
Steve , So sorry to hear about you best friend and your shop burning down. Two very hard things to deal with in one week. Your health is most important. Things can only get better for you. Keep your head up.
