I was going to offer the walmart people free tug boat services to bring the barge down and set her in front of the islander on off weekends....hand

We thought of that but after finding out about the Moabi funding request we decided to GO BIG with our idea...

Requesting funding to open up the channel on the north end of the channel to allow full flow traffic through the channel.......just posted the funding request on another post...wo
