When the Sky Box opened under the new owner ship, I was really looking forward to it. But after going there 4 times and each time the crappy service, poor attitudes, un-skilled un-trained servers, and management… JOKE . I am pissed at myself for even going back after the first bad experience! What was I thinking? Never going back again!!!:|err

I agree, been back twice since they re-opened and I would give it a 5 on a 10 scale for food and service.

Wife and I wanted to go to the Sky Box a week ago Sunday when we arrived in Havasu for a weeks vacation. Drove by the Sky Box to see what time they were open till and the sign said 10:00 pm. So we dropped our stuff off and headed back for an ice cold beer and some food. Walked in at 9:00 pm and the manager said sorry closed. I said closed??? your sign says open until 10:00 pm Monday thur Sunday? All he said was "we're closed". No apology nothing, just a rude person. He could have easily said...sorry folks we decided to close early tonight because we're slow. Come back tomorrow and I'll buy you a drink. He could have handled it so much better but instead he lost another customer. We'll never step foot in that place again. After that we headed down to Chili's. Beer was ice cold and the service was great!!!

I am sorry to say, my experience has been the same... no good. I wanted to bring about 200 peeps there next month like I did last year but no way do I want to lead everyone to believe how good the place is... and its not...

I'll be the one to say I have not had a bad experience there, yet. Was in Monday night watching the Dodgers game with a group. The GM was bartending. Good food, decent prices. The Dodgers went to the 13th inning and she allowed us to stay after closing so we could finish the game.

I like the place, so far.

We've been to SkyBox quite a few times and have always had a great time. The food is average, but our service has always been great!

Try Cops and Rodders. Nice clean place and killer fish and chips. Many old NHRA photos on the wall too. Great service, plasmas that you can see, and fair beer prices.

Sky Box must be an Arizona chain because there is one near me in Tucson that sucks too. Slow service average food, untrained waitstaff. A real mess. At least they seem to be consistent from place to place, they suck everywhere!

the old "firehouse"... really used to like to like it there... Since it turned into cops and rodders we have not been in very much at all, I kinda miss the juke box (or did they get one yet?).

Has anybody tried the other Firehouse next to Scrap's. Seems like they've been open a couple months now.
