Post the O2 the CO the Nox and the the A/F ratio can be computed using the Lambda Calculator. Could be something as simple as a vacuum leak. The vehicle could blow those numbers with a weak CAT but the CO and Nox should also be a little high. Also on a vehicle that old the cause could be engine blow-by and/or compression.

CO @1569 rpm = 0.14, @1601 = 0.11
NO @1569 = 681, @1601=483
truck has been sitting awhile but fresh gas when tested

A/F ratio is only slightly lean (14.94) 14.7 is desired but this is still within tolerance. Cat is most likely good. Next test I would make sure there are no vacuum leaks and it has a fresh fuel filter.

it runs good, just seems a little slugish when taking off from a stop, like its lacking on fuel.
