I love all performance engines. I see everyone is running that big displacement. I know there is no replacement for displacement.

I am just wondering, if anybody has given any of the inline 6 (rb26/2jz) engines a shot at this sort of thing?
I know they are capable of 1000-1500 horsepower, but that doesn't really matter now, does it?

very cute.

I only ask this seemingly ridiculous question because, well, honestly the 2jz-gte is a cheap route to 500 horsepower in a pump gas daily driver vehicle, for starters.
I can make 500 rear wheel horsepower and net 25mpg+ in a 3000lb vehicle for around $7000.00 usd. Not many engines can do that.
And if I was interested in E85, I can make over 800rwhp with the same setup. Its been done countless times.
