I'm done watching the local news. Nothing but M.J. coverage. I could only imagine what tomorrow will be like.
There was a little coverage on Fox news and while they were showing the long lines at Dodger's stadium, the news anchor mentioned that all these people must of had some nice bosses to let them off for a day to wait in line.
I thought to myself, these idiots don't have jobs...............

Whether he is the above things or not, the media bullshit needs to end. If the media wants to honor someone for weeks try focusing on the brave young men and women that have served all of us and did not come home, or came home with no or one leg or arms, etc. Far more deserving. Just a thought.

The media is just embarrassing these days.

Just got this Email, hits the nail on the head pretty well IMO!! NSF

North Korea threatens WWIII, shoots missiles over the past 30 days almost as far as Hawaii; we are undergoing the largest offensive is the Swat Valley in Afghanistan, in addition to trying to 'teach' Iraqi "********" how to defend THEIR country; there is a military coups in Honduras supported by a radical anti-american socialist in Venezuela; thousands are murdered in Mexico in the "drug cartel revolution" AND THE ENTIRE AMERICAN TV NETWORKS BROADCAST ADNASEUM THE DEATH of a psychiatrically deranged creep who's only "fame" is a so called "moonwalk" which my 5 year old tabby cat does twice a day in and out of his cat box !

GIVE ME A DAMN BREAK !

Who picks up the tab for all this stuff? Who is paying for all the ticket printing and delivery, use of the Staple Ctr, ticket takers, security, police, everything?

If you really think about it all, it is pretty amazing how (1) person can affect so many all over the world. He is more well known that any world leader past or present. Crazy!

I would love to be a fly on the wall listening to all the talk behind closed doors reguarding his estate and control of it! There's got to be some good stuff going on behind those doors. Mom and "especially" Dad I bet are pretty pissed off that they didn't get control. Dad is a real piece of work! I bet he's getting some real good solid advice from people like Sharpton, Rev Jackson and others. I think the best is still yet to come.

Maybe even a little rioting is in order. Lets burn something! :D

Here! Here!

There isn't enough news to have it on 24 hours a day, so they have to make news to fill in the dead space.

Situations like this are one of the main reasons we don't have TV at our house.

I dont know if anyone watched the AT&T this weekend, but Tiger Woods was the host and he had a kid make the walk up the 18th fairway with him. Mind you, the kid was a veteran in a wheelchair, and from what I could see, had both legs amputated above the knees, and was missing at least one or both of his arms. This is what the self absorbed media and pathetic American public ignore....They would rather glorify MJ and the Hollywood lifestyle and the bullshit that keeps tabloid TV rolling... American veterans have done more for this country than any pop singer or movie star ever has, or ever will.... I for one cant wait until wednesday when the networks will finally let this go...

I say we start our own thread and recognize those that really deserve it...
It got old within the day. We were in San Fran, Fishermans Warf, when the news hit............literally within minutes the place was awash with kooks praying and doing MJ imitations. The wax museum had his likeness in the front window almost instantaniously.
Every TV entertainment station is squeezing every drop(and then some) of airtime with absolutely no info.
Those who care to mourn can and should, the rest of us can and may already have made peace with it and moved on.
.
Our world has much more important issues to handle.
I love the fact the American public could care less we're on the brink of a nuclear exchange with North Korea, Pakistan (another Nuclear power) is about to be overtaken by Muslim extremeists, the state of California is paying with IOU's, and Marines are dying in an offensive in Afgahnistan. The front page of the Sunday LA Times is covered with a pedophile (Michael Jackson) and a cheating doper (Manny Ramirez). I believe the expression is "to hell in a hand basket."
Molesterpolusa these people need to get a life ??
MJ still dead huh? Hmmmmmm.....did they check Tupac's island and shiat? Just curious.......:)sphss
:mad: **** THE MEDIA !!!, I've said it before and I'll say it again, they couldn't do real news if it bit them in thier asses !!!!
They glorify the freaks, murders, rapist, dirtbag celebs, sport douchebags, and yet where are they when America's finest come home !!!!, no they only want the story of the guy or gal who has come back injured, why don't they rip on a daily basis the kind of medical these guys and gals get once home, instead they cry about how poor of coverage the welfare people get, or how the illegals are treated !!!
Again **** the media !!!!!!!!!!!, yeah it pisses me off !!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad:

p.s., so he had a few good songs along the way, the friggin freak isn't god !!!!!!!!!!!!
