I'm putting a swinging tongue on my trailer so I can fit it in my garage. My trailer has surge brakes. Will I need to get a flex line adapter or something so the brake line won't kink or bind? If so, where can I get such a part or will I need to make my own?

Yes you will need to add a flex line to the brakes. Any trailer shop should have what you need( ie flex line, tubing cutter and flaring tool with nuts) Also, as far as the fenders why not go stainless? the price difference is not as bad as one might think. I use Shadow for parts I can't get locally.

Last I checked on chrome fenders, they were around $500. The stainless are around &600
