mine is only 6' long and works perfect.

Kevin, why didnt you just slide the boat onto the dolly rather than hanging it in the garage like a pinata? )eek)

did my boat this past weekend me and wife and one cherry picker, next time i will use 2 of them, still wasnt hard ten min and off

Cause I did it by myself. Couldn't slide the boat onto the dolly cause the dolly is taller than the trailer. Getting it back onto the trailer from the dolly will be a lot easier. No pinatas

Here's the dolly I made several years ago.

It has a single torsion axle that uses tires for the road and mounts at the 4 corners that use scaffold wheels for in the garage.
It had two different 19' tunnel jet boats on it and now the 21' v drive tunnel.

I did my swap with an engine hoist as well. Grabbed a neighbor just to be on the safe side.....
