How do you guys have your front seats mounted? I am in the process of replacing mine and am going to replace the home made bracket to secure them better. Does anyone make a stringer mount specific for this setup?

i just used 4x4 angle. cut to fit, trim and powder coated. I intergrated them into my cross section beverage holder :happy:

1.5" x 1.5" aluminum .250 angle across the tops of the stringers, with 12" x 4" aluminum .250 plates bolted to the stringer.

Sleek - my setup was similar to yours in concept - not even remotely close in the looks or functionality department. On mine the angle was simply sitting on the stringers. I didn't like that. Very interesting. I like the idea of adding a plate between the seats for cup holders........

Tim's setup with the cup holder is very clean. Doing something similar on mine but will have a little recessed compartment for little things.
