You'll notice their officials had the spine to admit terrorism was the cause. Sad for us . . .

Not sure what to say

The gunmen announced that non-Muslims would be targeted, said Elijah Kamau, who was at the mall at the time of the midday attack.

I think most people here in America, and abroad, with 1/2 a brain know that Islam was born in violence and is keeping that heritage alive today. Hussein and his Commie enterage are trying to bury the true facts of Islamic terrorism. The Progressives (commies desquised as Democrats) are going along with the scheme to further their aggenda. Just my opinion. Please prove me wrong.

Not all Muslims believe that the attack was not in keeping with the correct path of Islam. Here is a link to a condemnation from Islamic scholars and Imams. BBC News - Somali Islamic scholars denounce al-Shabab in fatwa So with even half a brain you should be able to realize that the actions of a few don't mean acceptance by the whole. Your statement could just as easily be to declare that the South was born with racial prejudice and the fact that they have clan rallies today prove that it is still very much the same today. It doesn't take half a brain to know that isn't the whole story.

Everyone except the president and his stooges agree the attack was an act of terrorism. But, some Islamist leaders are definitely trying to separate themselves from the terrorist factions.

How did I know our resident military INTEL specialist would chime in on this in defense of the "moderate" muslim? Want to guess part of the reason the fuckers are shitting all over us daily? Because our military INTEL tells the asswipes in DC we need to be more tolerant of these murdering bastards. Even to the point of arming them so they can over throw their government. When is DC going to arm us so we can over throw this tyrannical government?? Geez, at least they could arm the citizens that pay the fucking weapons. Screw the liberal bastards that are on the government dole.

My deal man, is that I don't like stereo types. I've met a lot of good people from a lot of different religions. And when people start off with bold stereotypes and insinuating anyone that doesn't agree with them doesn't have half a brain, I usually opt to return the favor.

Now the positive side of the Somali Islamic leaders issuing a fatwa is that they are saying this terrorist group does not belong to their religion. If Americans were killed or injured then the US government should offer to help the Somali government rid themselves of these people who are disgracing the Islamic image. Then if we take action it is with the blessing of the government and the Islamic leaders in Somali.

Or we can sit back and spew hate and discontent towards all Muslims and wonder why so many of them dislike us. Get mad at the perpetrators, not anyone that you can somehow find a similarity with them and the perpetrators.

There is no need to kill people that didn't do anything wrong. Kill those that need killing, not the ones not involved. And no you don't need to pick a side. Pick your principles and don't deviate from them for either side. Because once you deviate from your principles, you have started down that slippery slope and there is no way to stop the slide. I'll take the hard right, over the easy wrong any day. :)hand

Last week over 500 people were killed explicitly in the name of Islam.

Can anyone show me where last week any other religion took even 10 lives in the name of religion?
Stereotyping takes place due to the primary news surrounding any people. The only thing I hear about Islam is how often they administer death.
I have no doubts there are peaceful Muslims but I cannot deny or ignore the constant barrage of death being administered by this group of people on innocent people everywhere.

How can anyone?

Doc, I went to Spartan School of Aeronautics in the early 80's. About 25% of the students were camel jockeys. Out of ALL of them, I never met one that wasn't rude, short tempered, or just plane nasty. Plus they stunk. No wonder they hate swine. The pigs out stink the camel jockeys. :)sphss

Which begs the question, who follows a belief that is known world wide as a violent, hate mongering, murdering religion? Who chooses to align themselves with a religion with that stereotype if they didn't accept such practices? How many muslims do you hear about ACTIVELY trying to change the people of the world belief and understanding of Islam? Where's the outrage of the so called moderate muslim.
Or are they silent for their own self preservation?

They had the march on 9/11 to bring attention to the fact that they did not support what the terrorists did on that date. It wasn't a victory celebration, and it wasn't a lets honor the martyrs that gave up their lives for Allah by taking out infidels. It was to condemn the act and bring attention to the fact that they don't support terrorism. But most Americans didn't get that message because 1) Main stream media doesn't cover it, since it doesn't support the image the media wants to convey and 2) People couldn't get past the prejudice that is being spread to hear what they had to say. And the fact that you had to ask why they had the march and you claim to be informed shows how rampant the hate mongering is and how it obscures any positive thing the Muslims could hope to say.

Someone that actually takes the time to find out what it is they are preaching. Not that any Christian should be swayed, but for those without religion, the Muslim faith doesn't truly preach hate and violence. But, like the group that conducted the attack in Somalia, there are those that do bad things and claim they did it for religion. There are people that look for any organization that will condone their desire to do bad things, so even a group that has been labeled as not in keeping with the faith is ok with them.

You can dismiss the fact that the Somali religious scholars denounced the actions of the terrorists and declared a fatwa against them, pronouncing them as un-Islamic. But, it happened and is pretty common knowledge in most of the world. Stick to your prejudices as they won't require you to rethink any of your statements. I wouldn't want you to tax your brain or anything.

So that's the INTEL YOU got on that? That explains even more why the country is in the fucked up mess we are in. That fact that those camel rapers demonstrated on that date about ANYTHING proves what heartless evil POS they really are.
