What do you think is the best timing chain setup ? Not a real big fan on the 9 keyway on the crank gear ..

Might look into the hex adjust ..I like the hex adjust sets. You can degree the cam just by turning the hex adjust. Get the degree wheel to the proper @.050 setting and turn the hex adjust until the dial indicator reads .050. Tighten it down done deal.

I had a problem with one SA Gear chain, probably won't use one again. One year of use in a properly maintained engine and the chain stood up by itself when the engine was pulled down for inspection.
Do not buy one of the cheaper Cloyes sets, I put one on a 427 Vette engine the the lack of quality was extremely apparent. I recently read about someone having an issue with a Hex Adjust deal, but who knows what the true story is there. I have never had an issue with a billet 9 key sprocket, so use quite a few of them.
