LOOKS like the 125% loan to value refi's "should be" rolling out in the next few weeks..... MAY help MANY,MANY families that are currently stuck in a high interest mortgage or Arm, that are upside down with their homes value. KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED. AND the new "sweep" mortgage program will be awesome as well.

Thanks. Your guys water is a lot colder then down in Havasu. Your ski never stop running while I was there.On purpose, next time I will make sure to shower you guys down good!!

BETTER start hittin the gym and build up those arms... Brian's planning on building you a 200hp billet power valve motor. It "may" have to be "tested" at one of our local practice sessions down here before delivey to Needles
