Todays Havasu Weather. Take the family?

Looking out your window in Havasu right now. Would you take your family out on your boat? I don't know how fast the weather can tunr bad around here.

We had planned on lunch at the Pirate........

We decided not to go out. Took the boat in for service instead. However, we have been on the water for the last 6 days so it's easy for us to take a day off.

I wasn't worried about a little rain. I have had my head in the sand for a week. Didn't know if it was supposed to be bad.

We went to Havasu springs for lunch just to stay little closer if it went sideways.

Ended up being a nice day. A little rain on the way down but no problems, glad we went out.

today was a great day on da lake...

woke up to thunder and lightning, hung in the channel for a bit, met up with some friends and drove down to springs for late lunch...

we got some sprinkles throughout the day, the water stayed calm and the wind never got too strong...

this evening the clouds and rainbows were awesome....
