That's some crazy shit. I was thinking 2 stroke due to the defector head on the small end. It was 2 different bore sizes that threw me. Then I thought maybe some sort of steam engine,Interesting. I guess GN7 was only a teen that year.He hadn't started racing for a couple of more years.
You barely gave us a whole day to try. Coulda kept us in suspense for a little bit......Since no one wants to try. This is a piston out of a 1919 Indy car motor, 4 cylinder 2 stroke. Originals were cast iron, making new ones out of Alum.

Do you have one in the boat house Sleek? Give you top dollar for it! LOLI guessed it was a old sleeve valve engine piston, but it didn't even look close so I deleted my post.
