75 percent vinagar and 25 percent liquid turtle wax. shake and spray. vinagar takes up the water spots and the liquid turtle wax does its job accordingly. been doing this on my burgandy boat for years and have never spent a dime on expensive cleaners and my gel still looks brand new:)devil

time table

i will tell you my little ritual that works for me. one really good hand wax with the carnuba turtle wax once a year usually in march before the season. then the vinigar and liquid turtle was allow basic maint throughout the whole season. the only thing is while one sprays and wipes it leaves a dry film (the wax) that you or someone else will have to follow behind you and wipe the wax which will leave a nice smooth surface. try it in a small spot before you hand wax they run a towel over the waxed surface to the unfinished surface and you will def not be disappointed.

that is not a problem at all my woman helps wash the boat every trip with me so whe would be the one wiping behind me:D i am going up in a couple weeks to compound the oxidation off the black part of my gel, and throw a coat of wax on the whole boat. then i wanna keep it lookin good through the summer until the season is over and i can color sand the whole boat. using this combo sounds definitely like a hot ticket for the to keep a thin layer of wax between each trip:)devil

X2.
We mix it with the Turtle Wax wet/dry Spray n Shine or with the regular ol green liquid Turtle wax.
It's easy on and off, does a stellar job. And is fast to do.

about a 1/2"' of Sauve coconut hair conditioner in the bottom of a spray bottle, 1/2 -3/4" vinegar, fill with water ,shake. Does the same, spots come off and the wax in the conditioner shines it nicely plus your boat smells coconut fresh. Costs about $4.00 for a whole seasons supply.

That must be an old Cole Boats tip, as it was told to me many years ago by a Cole owner. Works great.
