First I want to thank Dave Rankin, The K boat King, John Avery, Ty Newton and Kenny Eckman for incredible weekend racing in Washington. You cannot find a better group of dedicated people to go racing. In Super Stock, Ty flew around the record course in record times and it was a sight to behold!! I learned a lot just from watching him buzz the 80 around. He and Charlie put on a clinic out there. I have never raced on an oval course and it was a humbling experience.:))THumbsUp Jeff Gibson, tipped over on Saturday and thankfully he walked away without a scratch.:))THumbsUp

In K's, I can say I learned a few things this weekend. First, Charlie Marquardt is a monster behind the wheel of the K150. To be out on the water racing against this guy is a true experience. Wizbang, has the Tribal Thunder on rails and their hospitality and sportsmanship were greatly appreciated.
Duff Daily and Mike Stock have created the boat of future. The problem is we have to race against it. I have never seen anything like what I saw this past weekend. There was nothing left unthought on this boat and I cannot even describe it. We are all in big trouble.
Big thank you to all the teams we got race with and all the people we met!

Thanks for the great racing that I got to see on Sunday. How come your walking around with a cast/brace on your foot ? Would have said hello but didnt see you when ever we were in the pits. Will see if my brother (72superlite) will post some of his pics. Duffs boat was impressive.

Tony you are a true boat racer, sportsman and really nice guy. Thanks for the kind words. I must say it is a honor to race with you and all the people with you. Ty IS amazing in that 80 boat, Charlie just can't talking about how much fun they have out there and also with you.

I totally agree with the El Cid. Mike's dream , I feel , has become a reality. He has put forth alot of effort to create the future. It's great to see a smile on Duff's face and the whole team of guys making it happen )

I was only at the race on Sunday. I didn't really catch on to what the format was. The K boats ran twice. Charlie and Tribal Thunder won the first race. Duff and the K-999 won the second race. With Charlie and Tony finishing second and third. The Advantage K-boat finished last.

Thanks Rayson Kid and Boatgeek. I appreciate the info. I was also really curious how Duff's new boat worked... It sure looks nice...
