Once I take blame, I will be fired and given a large multimillion dollar sevrence package, may spend a few months in jail for downing the entire industry but then will be released and able to spend my millions.

Took me a minute to find it, but this reminded me of this great quote from Josh Brolin in "Traffic"

General Ralph Landry: You know, when they forced Khruschev out, he sat down and wrote two letters to his successor.
