I did this one last year. Did'nt take as many pics as I wanted but here it is.
Don't know if it's a blue flame but it is a Chevy 302 from the fifties.
The blue flame six came in a standard 54 coupe and sedan as well. Buddy had one. The lifters wouldn't keep an adjustment. One or 2 was always clacking. We could adjust them so it sounded great. Drive from San Francisco to Santa Cruz and half way back it would start to clack again.Blue Flame Six was the Chevy six in the original Corvette.
What's interesting about this GMC is how much it resembles a LandCruiser six cylinder. Almost exactly the same layout. I guess GMC "donated" the design to the Japanese.
