Thats pretty beat up and is most likely going to be a problem. The bearing face lays up on that surface and it needs to be correct. There is barely any original surface left there in the corner but the bearings have a rounded edge so it will not be able to contact that surface anymore. A good machinist could maybe fix that, 90% of them will make it worse though in my opinion. The hammered area where the seal goes is the least of your worries, its the beat up shoulder that bothers me.
