dont ever go there.

unless you like beer, boats, babes and lots of sandy beaches.
long list of thanks for one of the best river trips ever:
Blunder and 509 thanks for the hospitality.
JP thanks for the race. you sneaky bastard.
Obama...thanks for the ski and boat ride. the family truckster is rad.
Wes...seriously nice boat you go there and it hauls the meatloaf
Snewton thanks for the help today.
Tizzle..thanks for..uh being twitchy.
B-rie...so does it run now?
Darrin..I didn't meet her but you must have the best wife ever because any woman that will hit the road for that long of a trip just to go boatin and racin is pretty damn understanding. Glad you made it out and I'll see you at Ming.
Bostick and Owens thanks for the show today. see you guys at Ming too.

everyone else I met from PB thanks for the beers and good times.
Glad to see Austin was ok after the swim and that the Daytona is alright.

that guy that spun his midget vdrive into the toolies is my hero. Can't believe he drove out of that sh%t! lol

Mike,

I'm glad you made it to our part of the river. Next time you make it we'll give you a tour of the section South of Fishers and you're welcome for the boat ride and "ski" a little over 23 miles round trip from the sandbar with gas to spare.

Your boat ran good yesterday :D

My brother James asked " Are all those racers as cool as Finn?"

See ya, :)hand

Glad you liked our little end of the river... really nice to see/talk to all the folks I was able to talk to... so many folks and not enough time to say "hey" to everyone. I really wanted to get a chance to pair up with ya... water was really nice Sunday... no mayhem except for the stunt flatty... but we'll have to wait 'till November.

I've said it before... but of all the places I've been on the river... from Mojave to Imperial... each place has something cool about it that I like (Lost Lake still has the best river race scene IMO)... but it's hard to beat Yuma for the river itself and the folks that hang there... always a good time and always an adventure.:)devil

Sounds like you guys had a blast... Where are all the pictures?

On Edit: Found some pics in the other thread. Nice looking boats. That spot looks pretty cool, does the water level vary all day like it does closer to Parker? And oh yeah... had I known you were bringing out the toys I would of brought my 20 Carrera and layed down some sick 43mph passes.... 46 if I'm holding breath... lololol

You're right Cyclone, Yuma sucks, everyone should stay away... ;) :)

Yea, and the cops are had a$$es as well. People should stay clear of that place. Nothin' but trouble.

PS I'm bummed I couldn't make it out this past weekend.

Darrell.

By far 1 of the best days I've had, and I live on the river in Blythe. I'm voting for Yuma for next years CP deal.

Mike is was great to meet you too. Hell of a nice group. Your boat hauls the mail and I was just glad to get a chance to run mine w/ yours for a comparison (although its hard to compare when I'm looking at the back of the boat)....that thing hauls ass! The 999 was the chainsaw for the weekend :)devil
By the way, there are trailer spots at fishers calling your name.......:)
