I'm probably going to regret this, but up for sale is a Ellis trailer for an 18' boat.
Does not come with wheels in the pics.
One fender has a kink in it.
No paper work, have a plate that was given to me when I got it.
Jason (river dad) sold it to Marcsrollin and then I got it.
    $600.00 OBO

Not desperate at all, especially since it's an Ellis. I'd put it under one of the other boats we have before I would give away. Not to many box beam trailers from the 70's.

Oh snap. I bought a project boat for the trailer and sold all the parts on the boat. Made a few bucks, still have a complete pump, bare hull and the trailer. Trailer looks identical. If I put an Ellis Trailer sticker on it, will it be worth it weight in gold? Oh, I paid $300 for the boat and trailer.

Didn't mean to start anything. Ellis trailers were considered top notch trailers back in the day. Can't think of any other boxed trailers from that era. You only saw them under the best boats. In my opinion there worth more than the C channel trailers from the 70's. If it doesn't sell it will go under one of my Rogers.
Sounds like you did well on that buy and if it's an Ellis you did even better.

Yeah about as quality as the trailer in this thread. The boat was garbage, I bought it for the trailer.
